Did I have confidence in the executive team and the clinical leaders, and confidence in our culture and its ability to help us do big things all at once? The expansion with Ascension is very consistent with our long-standing goal of being a value-based care provider, and so the ability to have many, many sites of team members really close and convenient to almost every community in southeast Michigan and beyond is really the best way to organize care and be able to drive value by making sure care is at the right place, at the right time, and, you know, for the right reasons.

So it fit with our strategic plan as well.
